Also many of the Philosophers of Greece are well known in today's age such as Philosopher Pericles, Philosopher Plato, Philosopher Socrates Philosopher Pythagoras and more brilliant minds of the Greek History. Moreover Sparta is well known for it's military power back in the past. After the ancient times Greeks and Roman created the Greek-Romain empire and conqured the known world for that age.After the fall of the Byzantine Empire, Greece also fought and won the Turks in 1821, fought in the Balkan Wars and fought in Second World War too. In world war two Greece manage to destroy the Italian army and managed to exetremely delay the Nazis conquare Europe. Now Greece is a beautiful country with good people and a great culture.
